Ditshego Media Celebrates the Dedication, Brilliance & Genius of Ms Naledi Sikwane – Our 2023 Employee of the Year

28 December 2023 – Ditshego Media (PTY) LTD announces the recognition of Ms Naledi Sikwane, our esteemed Creative Director, as the 2023 Employee of the Year. The Board of Directors extends heartfelt congratulations on this extraordinary achievement, marking the third occasion Ms Sikwane has been bestowed with this prestigious honour since her momentous arrival at Ditshego Media on 1 March 2016 after graduating from IIE-Vega School.

In a special ceremony, in accordance with the resolution adopted at the December 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Ms Sikwane was presented with the 2023 Employee of the Year award. Her unwavering commitment to the values that define Ditshego Media has propelled the company to the forefront of the Marketing, Advertising, and Communication sector, earning global acclaim for its innovation, creativity, and cutting-edge approach.

Ms Sikwane’s journey with Ditshego Media reflects a rare fusion of grace, gratitude, and an unyielding pursuit of excellence. Building a company is a formidable challenge, and she has navigated this path with exceptional skill, embodying the spirit of a true baobab tree—rooted, resilient, and towering in her contributions. Since her recruitment to the Ditshego Media team in 2016, Ms Sikwane has significantly contributed to the growth of the company and has been the creative mind behind some of the most innovative and impactful marketing, public relations and digital campaigns produced in South Africa over the past seven years. Her phenomenal growth and impact in the industry culminated in her recognition by the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) with the Presidential PRISM Award for Graphic Designer of the Year for 2022.
